Before + After School Care
Welcome to
Advent Before + After School Care
Advent can provide all-day care for your 3 to 5-year-old child by combining full-day preschool with our Before + After School Care Program. We also can provide before and after-school care to students of Pennwood elementary school. The district provides busing to school/from school.
• Before care begins as early as 7 a.m.
• After care begins at 3 p.m. and runs until 6 p.m.
Program advantages:
• Smaller number of students
• More one on one attention from staff members
• Use of our huge multi-purpose room, spacious gym and fenced in playground
• Less expensive than day care
The before care program is mainly free time, during which participants can choose from a variety of fun, supervised activities.
During the after care program, there is snack time followed by various organized play and recreational activities. We will utilize our huge multi-purpose room, spacious gym and fenced in playground.
Advent's Before + After Care Program aims to improve the experience of children requiring extended hours of care as they prepare for their future in God's good creation.
Our Before + After Care Program is licensed and regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services – OCDEL. Our Before + After Care accepts subsidized childcare, which helps eligible families pay their childcare costs. For eligibility information, please call the ELRC office at 484-593-5050.
